An Auspicious Place for Prayers and Blessings

Sunday, January 25th @ 8:00pm - w/ Rabbi Chanan Krivisky
IN HONOR OF 64 YEARS OF THE REBBE'S LEADERSHIP
- 10 SHEVAT.

Our Sages declare that the Righteous are even greater after their passing than during their lifetime, and the constant stream of visitors to the Ohel from every sector of the Jewish nation testifies to the powerful truth of their words. The previous Lubavitcher Rebbe, the 6th and father-in-law of our Rebbe, named Rabbi Yosef Y. Schneersohn, of righteous memory was laid to rest at the Ohel.  The Rebbe himself spent countless hours there beseeching G-d on behalf of the Jewish people. The Ohel has become a center, the place where thousands come and continue to receive inspiration and blessing from the Rebbe.

Though brief, time spent at this holy place is very meaningful and moving for each individual.  Although we are gathering as a group, one's prayers and experience are very personalized.  It is customary for each person to write their own letter for blessings, requests, and prayers for material and spiritual success for themselves, family and friends. We encourage everyone to stay for as long, or short as one wishes.  The Ohel is a sacred place for everyone.  Rabbi Krivisky will lead you through the basics and is here for all questions.
