Sell your Chometz for Passover

Due to the extenuating circumstances caused by the corona virus, we will be processing the sale of Chometz directly through Rabbi Avraham Osdoba, the Chief Rabbi of the Beis Din (Jewish Court) of Crown Heights.

It is a very simple, yet important process.

Passover is also a time when many community members take the opportunity to give funds to the Rabbis in recognition of the service they provide.

It is also an auspicious time to donate Tzedakah to Jewish organizations who help those in need to make Yom Tov possible. It’s called Ma’os Chittim (literally ‘money for wheat’).
